About Harmonic Leadership

Mike Lemire is the founder of Harmonic Leadership, with over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within tech and SaaS companies. He specializes in helping leaders improve their executive presence, decision-making, and team dynamics. Mike’s coaching philosophy is rooted in actionable strategies that produce tangible results, helping executives build strong, empowered teams.

Mike started his career in the music industry. After studying music at Berklee College of Music, he began working with the marketing team at Blue Note Records. From there he worked with an impressive slate of entertainment industry clients ranging from EMI Classics, to Focus Features and The Florida Panthers. He then went onto run Account Management programs for Yahoo!, overseeing the launch of the Yahoo India in Bangalore and developing policy around political advertising during the 2008 election.

HubSpot is truly where Mike grew up professionally. While there, he launched the Professional Services team working with executives from small business to Fortune 100 enterprises. After HubSpot's IPO, Mike went on to launch the Customer Success, Support and Onboarding teams at Notarize.

In 2018 Mike joined the leadership team at Toast, tasked with creating a more scalable customer success team, he focused on data, operational excellence, and culture to help Toast scale from 10,000 customers to over 100,000. After Toast's IPO, he explored the world of AI in the healthcare space by joining Overjet as their VP of Customer Success. While there, he found his passion and skill for coaching and launched Harmonic Leadership in 2024.

Rebecca Gutner is an original member of the Harmonic Leadership team and the Founder and Chief Executive Advisor at Luminary Leadership Advisors.

A certified executive coach and business advisor, Rebecca has over 20+ years of experience spanning the technology, marketing, and non-profit industries. Throughout her career, Rebecca has worked with a diverse clientele, ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500 and has a proven track record of coaching, training, mentoring, and developing individuals, empowering them to establish and hone their own unique and authentic leadership styles.

As a former go-to-market leader herself, she works primarily with leaders in revenue-carrying roles where performance demands are often intertwined with self and team development. Her process is forward-focused and results-oriented, leveraging a variety of coaching techniques and management frameworks to sharpen strategic focus, expand influence and improve communication and team dynamics, in order to have a direct impact on business performance.

Rebecca holds Bachelor of Arts from Smith College and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Having lived in many corners of the world, she is now based in the Boston area with her husband and three young kids.

Armed with over two decades of professional experience in the Boston Tech & Non-Profit Industry, a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and an MBA from Babson College, Rach uses creativity and strategic insights to address individual and organizational challenges comprehensively. Her track record speaks volumes, having spearheaded impactful programs across start-ups to Fortune 100 organizations, solidifying her reputation as best in class coach and facilitator. Rach’s mastery of coaching includes certification in Facilitating LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®; credentials in the premier leadership assessments including Leadership Circle 360, Hogan, Predictive Index, and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect; and over 5000 hours of one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and training sessions delivered to date.

Rach works with leaders and teams, coaching them to find answers to problems that are too far out of reach to get to on their own.
